Returns & Exchanges

* All Returns, Exchanges and Try ons will be held for 24 hrs, steamed & disinfected before going back on the shop floor.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached and proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
*All swimwear is final sale
*All masks are final sale.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Some health and personal care items such as bath and beauty products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


*Refunds are in the form of store credit only.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive a refund in the form of store credit only. You’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If you would like one mailed to you please contact us at
